Bu gosteri ¨Mehmet Baris¨i Seviyor¨ dayanismasi doneminde vicdani redci Mehmet Tarhan¨in ve diğer vicdani redcilerin durumuna dikkat cekmek amaciyla sahnelenmistir. Surec hala devam ediyor ve bu sefer Mehmet Barisi Seviyor tekrar ve inatla baska Mehmetler¨in de Barış¨ı seçebileceğini diretmek için sahneye cikiyor..... Mehmet Barış¨ı Seviyor ¨Mehmet Baris¨i Seviyor¨, Mehmet Tarhan¨dan etkilenerek hazirlanmis bir eserdir. Dogrudan Tarhan¨in oykusunu degil, her tarafimizi sarmis olan militarizm, siddet, izlenme, fislenme ve bu cografyadaki savaslarda hayatini kaybetme, ¨ne icin kim icin olmek?¨, ¨kimi ne icin oldurmek¨ sorularini hatirlatmak icin tasarlanmistir. Sahnedeki buyukanne kaybedilen, olen, oldurulenlerin annelerini temsil eder ve tek bir seyin cevabini arar, bu cografya ve dunyanin tum cografyalarinda daha kac anne cocugunun sebepsiz olumunu seyretmek zorunda kalacaktir. Itaimed at to remind the questions of ¨getting killed for what?? for whom?? ¨or ¨killing who?? and what for??¨ The grandma on the stage represents the mother of all people who has lost their lives on this soil; all militants and soldiers, who have been killed. She searches for the answer of only one single question; how many more mothers in this world must send their children to a war that has no reason at all??
